Cuddle Therapy

Cuddle therapy is a physical touch-based therapy which aims to and has been scientifically proven to, lower cortisol (stress) levels while increasing production of oxytocin and serotonin (our happy hormones). As a professional cuddle therapist, I offer a safe, healing space for you to be held in, not just physically but emotionally and spiritually too.

These are fully clothed, platonic, sessions of consensual, healing touch that are centred around a code of conduct which both myself and clients agree to maintain throughout. Initial consultations, intentions and boundaries are discussed at the start of every session and are tailored to offer the right support and touch for you.

No two sessions are the same because they are lead by you, the client; they may consist of hand holding, cuddling in seated or laying positions, talking, eye gazing or even just sitting shoulder to shoulder.

Being cuddled by a stranger, even if they are a professional, can feel daunting but I strive to build a trusting working relationship between us to support you in feeling comfortable and safe enough to be held in a way that promotes healing and a sense of well-being.

Sessions are held primarily in a therapy room in Astwood, MK16 9JU

Initial cuddle sessions are 90mins and are £85. These can be extended at an additional £60 per hour.
