I believe human connection is one of the most underrated tools we have. It's easy to treat it as a "nice to have" - but it directly affects how we handle stress, how we communicate, and how well we actually work together as teams. That's what I bring into workplaces: not a lecture, but a genuine, practical look at connection - why it matters, and what happens when we make a bit more room for it.
An interactive talk (60–90 minutes) - a great starting point if this is new territory for your team. We look at the science of connection and why it matters at work, with a few guided exercises woven in - think exploring how a simple greeting changes depending on intention, so it's something people experience, not just hear about.
A half-day workshop - more space for reflection, discussion, and connection-building exercises. This is where it becomes a genuine team-building experience, not just a talk with extra steps.
Ongoing programmes - for teams who want this to become part of how they work, not a one-off away-day moment.
Every session is shaped around your team - its size, its culture, what you're hoping to get out of it. Pricing scales the same way.
A bit about me
Before any of this, I spent years working in adult and elderly care - first as a carer, then as a Health and Social Care Assessor. That's where I really learned what connection does for people. It's what led me to train as a certified cuddle and platonic touch therapist and found Conscious Connected Touch, and later to start Hug100, a free-hugs movement. My work has been featured on BBC Radio 2, BBC News Online, Woman's Own, and at Latitude Festival to name a few.
I bring that same grounded, human approach into every workplace session — whether that's a room of ten people or a hundred.
Let's have a conversation
If you're curious whether this could work for your team, I'd genuinely love to hear from you — no pressure, no hard sell. Get in touch using the contact form and I'll happily talk it through, and send over full details including pricing for your team size.
Conscious Connected Touch
A quick note on touch, as it's often the first question I'm asked: these sessions are about connection, intention, and how we relate to one another - not physical touch between colleagues. In practice, that means things like guided eye contact, synchronised breathing, and reflective partner exercises exploring how we greet and connect with one another day to day. Everything is fully opt-in, with a no-touch alternative always available, so nobody's ever put on the spot.
